Why? Harder to get loot?

you cannot loot th7 as there is a 50% penalty
not enough resource cause everything is exp
not enough builders cause everything is takes a long time to complete

loot penalty..
as th9, hitting th7 is no long profitable with the 50% reduction..
check your logs, do you hit alot of th7s for loot? if yes, imagine those resources will reduced by 40-50%..

Any th requirement for this clan?

usually if you've started looking for clans, you should be around th7 or above.
as long as your base looks fine (not a premie), then shouldnt be a problem.
if you only focus on levelling your townhall without building defence, then a bit hard to join, coz it will affect the clan war.

preferably th7 and above but not hard rules..
we are looking for active players who likes to have fun.
but you are expected to be maxing your defenses (at minimum) for each th lvl.
No point having high th lvl with premature defense/offense.
