Anyone get this engine clatter ? .....from the net is tensioner issue causing timing chain hitting cover

Thats the thing , no error or power loss watsoever. Just the clattering sound. My foremen say its common n could be solved within a day. So my guess is the guide or tensioner

Try adjusting the entire heatshield. It could be some part of  the heatshield is touching the catalytic. I previously have this problem.

Ive changed the tensioner myself.....still have the sound. Looks like aircond cos i on off aircond sound comes n go .
