Hi all, can i check if disk brake is uneven and caused screeching sound can claim for warranty? My car only 9 months old.

Hi all, would like to check if you experience this. The rubber on the windscreen started to peel off and SC advised they can't do much and ask me to go to HQ instead. And also where ever I turn my steering from left to right or vice versa, there is noise like "eeeeee" and SC said it is normal hence can't d anything.
