Sorry for this newbie question. I'm used to the hook type wipers (Proton and japanese cars) but now looking to change the wipers on my Peugeot 408 as the wiper is torn (~2 years old). Notice it's a push button to release.

I see the wipers in the market are mainly for the hook type. How do I know which wiper is compatible and can be fixed to my car?

Thank you!

Does anyone have a problem of external smoke enter into your inside car cabin?

Even with doors & windows shut and set to internal air circulation (every time starting car), I can smell the exhaust of vehicles in front especially if they emit a lot of smoke.

I have sent to SC 3 times to check. They say no problem and no cracks or gaps for outside air to go inside. Last visit, they opened up the aircond system and check all ok, so they changed to a charcoal air filter and charged me for it.

Still can smell the exhaust/smoke from outside. It's mild but annoying, and worried of the toxic air when toddlers are in the car.

Did you happen to take note every moment when this happen the type of cars/bus/lorry/truck/MPV/motorbike that was/were in front or beside your lion?

I do occasionally smell exhaust fume and is usually when my lion is behind vehicles taller such as buses, lorries (class B or C), pick trucks. Sometimes buses by the side too.

My solution was to stay further way from them instead of bumper to bumper distance. If it is during traffic congestion and if I see bus beside my lane I'll try not to drive next to it so that it'll leave a little gap.

Question is did the charcoal filter work? If that gives you the peace of mind, then great. I too want to install.

It happens with all varieties - cars, buses, vans, lorries and even motorcycles. In some vehicles the exhaust smell is faint, while some vehicles can smell the fumes clearly. Sometimes can't see the exhaust smoke from the front vehicle but can smell in the cabin.

I try to keep a distance but can't be helped especially traffic jams or heavy traffic.

The charcoal filter seems to filter out more of the fumes but it doesn't completely filter it.

did you press the air re-circulation button?
*
Yes, every time I start the car (because it's off by default).

My air cond cooling coil malfunction, now weather so hot, tak bole tahan, anyone experienced this. Waiting for spare parts now.

Mine failed recently too. Had to schedule for repair (means several days with hot air), and the SC outsources to 3rd party aircond workshop to fix. It will take minimum 3 working days to fix. However I found my internal cabin had some damages after the repair which I'm still pursuing.

My car just checked in for repairs and further diagnosis today. Estimated 2-3 days of hospitalization. The list this time is....

1. Faulty seat frame (replacement)
2. Rubbers on drivers side door (replacement)
3. Overall soundproofing failure (Diagnosis)
4. Jerky gearbox (Diagnosis)
5. Outside smells getting in (They said not to use "Auto" mode. It seems the auto mode occasionally opens the flaps to let outside air in. Instead, they recommended to manually control the fan speed)
6. Vibration noise from A pillar and dashboard
7. Noisy suspension with rattling noise

I'm hoping there will be some progress this time. I've already sent the car in 3 times for some of these issues. All to Glenmarie.

Today it took 40 minutes to check my car in and there was no parking there. I gave my car to an SC staff and he parked it somewhere in the SC. Many customers were in queue to be served by a service advisor. The guy behind the reception counter was a bit rude IMO. Naza has a long long way to go in terms of after sales service.

Wow, really major issues with your Pug. Let me know if they can fix #5 above, it's still unresolvable for me.

I don't have good experience with Glenmarie SC either. The reception counter has two folks - the guy lives in a dreamworld, while the girl just wants to brush you off as quickly as she can.

Does anyone from Naza actually read this forum? I still am not getting any answers from them since beginning July on the damages made to my car!

Haha....MacGyver style. I read the manual and it does say that Auto mode will regulate the air circulation as well.
Only way to be sure is to test out not using Auto when I get my car back.

Doesn't work either. I never use Auto, but the external air still enters the cabin.

What damage made to your car?
Escalate your problem to clic and copy to PCM

Sorry late reply. After sending my car to fix the aircond problem (still under warranty), it came back with damages in the car. Broken piece and scratched leather. It's been 4 months still unresolved.

Calling CLIC also no use, they just keep referring back to the service centre. I'm almost pulling out my hairs, or deciding to write a public notice to the Naza management.

How do I copy PCM?
