After 3 years there should have extended warranty period. i also had a problem with the aircond coil. Their diagnostics took more than 1 day for SC to know the problem then only put in claim to claim warranty and order part. After the SC diagnostics the air cond died completely blowing hot air. Before that was only not so cold?? Now waiting for the parts

guys.. want to ask.. how to lock the car from inside during car moving? I ask this because, I have small child, and wanted to prevent them from opening the door during car is moving. I tested opening the door (from driver seat) at 20km/h, and it successfully open eventhough already been locked. I haven't manage to test opening it faster, because risk of accident. Any info?

i think the only way is child lock the back doors.

Our Peugeot 5 years warranty is actually a 3+2:
First 3 years by Nasim
Last 2 years by Insurance Company

And if not wrong, the last 2 years only cover engine and GB

Whatever amount i suggest minimum is the car loan balance. Also request agreed amount clause. So that total loss they have to pay the sum assured even market price is lower.

I considered covering my loan amount which is $90K. The problem with Inc. Co is when it comes to payout by them they will bring in market value and it is definitely not $90K for 2012 model.

Bro, the smelly dash sponge, does it smell like a car tire. My cabin stinks of a rubberish tire like smell when left for a couple of hours. Same thing? Also what's the exact name of the part they replaced? I always have trouble explaining issues to Peugeot SC.

Yes. it smells like plastic. You can call to Penang SC because they have helped few customers fix it. I also request them to close the aircond flap and 80% of time won't smell the outside fume.

Awesome. I've been wondering what that smell was. It seems to be getting worse. Now I can smell it outside as soon as I open my car door. Will try to get this fixed by the folks at Setia Alam SC. Going there next week for service.
