sorry noob question, I juz got my M2 Plat cards today ~ so i wanna ask which card should i link with my paypal account? - visa cheaper conversion fee - amex 5% cashback on weekends thanks sifus ~ |

Paypal couldn't confirm my M2 Amex card and got this message.
"The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." Any ideas? sifus? |
