IIRC, as long as it is all connected to the same Maybank2u account, which I think it would be, same IC registration right? Then your treat points will be accumulated. You can check under rewards in your M2U account. They will show treat points from each card and then the accumulated points from all related accounts.

2) Every Rm1 Spent using AMEX on Weekends - 5 Treat Points + 5% Cash back
3) 5% Cashback each month Capped at RM50.

TNB can be paid via Maybank2U. Unifi I not sure. I usually call in to Timefibre to make payment and go to Curve Maxis to pay my phone bill

Select bill and go to pay option, you should be able to see your AMEX card under one of the options.
