Means if I upgrade from gold to plat now, will I be charged rm100? Or its carried forward from my previous gold card?

Ya I asked my friend whom works in a bank.. upgrading of card is considered as new application, so gst will be charged again..
Having said that, anyone got any ideas if existing users will be charged rm50 for gst, and rm100 only for new applicants or its for all? |

i went 1U to ask about the GST... the guy told me existing card holders will need to only pay RM50, while new applicants (new application, or upgrade from gold to plat) will pay RM100..
