they give me this genius reply:

oh miss ur card approved, but we dont know why when our machine here embosses ur card, fail, so the hq will emboss the card for you, and sorry u cant get it today. mayb we can done it tomoro or wednesday

yesterday be4 i go collect my card i give them a call to ask is it my card done
(as usual they called to feline planet i guess, im on earth so cannot receive their call)
they do ask alot of questions for ID verifying,
including my address, & i passes that verifying, info correct,
they told me card done ready for collection @ 1u

then when i go collect my card....
i realize the address got mistakes..wrong house number, even wrong road,
only postcode & city state is correct = =
huge mistake from my real address
while all other info like phone number all correct.
question here: why i still can pass the ID verifying on the phone call?

btw. its my 1st time to have bank staff key in wrong information
thankgod the card is collect on center not post out.

kena phishing easily... been graded F for online banking system security if im not wrong...

the system.. nope. not printing incorrect, system also incorrect.
the fella on card center updated once for me,
but today i go maybank to get my pin number for it,
the system is still wrong...
the maybank staff told me he will update it again,
but when i come back to maybank2u....
the address still the same incorrect 1....
endup i update it again by myself, i hope it wont get back to the wrong 1 again.....
still wondering did they check the information when ID verifying on phone
or they simply let u bla out all n they just skip it......
