anyone knows where to email the MBB BT forms to? Only Fax number is given, no email?
my MBB card is AMex, the box for 16 numbers, my MBB AMex card only 15 numbers, is MBB Amex included for this promotion BT? |

My first BT to MBB AMex:
faxed 10.9.14 called CS to find out, said approved but no sms/call,said will post letter to inform. IBG payment noted in my PBB card today. MBB account showed one time charge RM331.56! |
