hi all, i got sms from MBB saying that my cc application is approved. How long it takes to be available for collection?

i opted to collect from KL HQ

my amex was use for an unauthorized transaction this morning. I already block it already. How do i file a dispute? Usually they cancel only the Amex card or both?

damn floating amount caused me a few times not able to charge to amex need to wait couple of days for it to disappear

i submitted my CC application at the branch, called maybank CS they said havent receive any application so maybe still processing in branch ask me to call bangsar branch (i applied there). i wonder why take so long, 1 week dy not yet masuk maybank HQ ke?
