Depend the supplementary card is under who's name.
If its not under your name, it have to link under a different maybank2u online account.

It's under my name...but when I check online, the total amount is correct but no transaction history for the supplementary card.

I am the principal and my wife has supplementary. I can see her transactions in my M2U and so can she on her own M2U.
If you are the principal, you can go to the branch and ask them to link the supplementary to you.

edit: In M2U, under account details, look at the bottom right. Should be a link that says "View supplementary cards".

Not just that. It doesn't accept payment from CASA too.

Oh...I don't have both. That means in order to pay for U mobile with AMEX, I will have to go there physically?

I have been paying my UMobile bill using the online self payment. Lazy to go to the U centre since the amount is low.

They're using HSBC gateway.
*
Yea...I am lazy to go there also so usually I pay online.

any particular error you received?

call up CS and tell them you're trying to link Amex with PayPal. they need to know you already hit error (captured in their system) before they allow you thru.

You can pay via PayPal by using the Visa/MasterCard.

QUOTE(DarReNz @ Sep 1 2014, 05:37 PM)
use a card which has rebates for online transactions as well
*
I see...use Visa or Mastercard then no more 5% rebated cry.gif

Actually the story is like this...I want to get something from KL but to using PayPal will get charged 4%. So I was thinking to use AMEX with PayPal...so 5% rebate - 4% charge...I will get 1% rebate overall
