Hi guys,
Just added my Amex gold into paypal, Received an sms stating that 1USD is being charged into my card (haven't purchased anything, just added the card into the paypal account). I do know that Paypal likes to do this for card/bank verification. would like to know how long does it takes to receive the back payment? BTW guys, anyone here experienced fraud with Paypal? I have know of some cases ranging from RM1000 til RM30. |
