IMO, 10:03:03am should be the correct time, or near accurate.

reason is that SMS blast is, most likely, using external SMS blaster system. the time is captured based on your initiate time (10:00am). once pushed into MBB system, that's when it registered your transaction as 10:03:03am.

based on this, i guess MBB's system date is faster

another method is to call CS to verify the transaction time. See what they see on their screen.

here's a general idea

GST exemption is fully non-taxable supplies (goods or services) <-- i.e. no tax levied from manufacturer-to-consumer (end-to-end)

Zero-Rated GST is taxable supplies of goods or services but rated at 0% <-- meaning, to normal consumers, we dont need to pay. However, GST is still applicable at every stage of the supply chain except to consumer. This is more impact to manufacturers, retailers, service providers, etc.

nett nett to consumers, we hope to get as much items under exemption or zero-rated GST cuz we dont want to pay GST at the first place!
