Successfully upgraded my MBB 2 Gold to MBB 2 Platinum + 150% credit limit increased after holding the Gold card for 1 year    Called CS and was told i dont need to pay for the new Platinum card GST since i had used my TP to offset the Gold card GST 

Unable to find the link from the MBB website 

I pumped petrol for less than RM100 just now but the SMS notification said I spent RM200. SMS system bug or what?

- So finally it is my turn for unauthorized usage. Received 2 SMS alerts for:

3.39 USD At Glory of Zion
166.95 USD At Fishwest

- This is for my Visa card which I have stopped using since Nov 2013.

- I contacted CS to report and found that there is another 200+ USD transaction.

- So my Visa card is blocked and I will receive a replacement card with new number within 5 working days.

- I can still use my Amex as usual.

- If the merchant claim the transaction within 7 working days and it appears on my M2U, I will have to submit the dispute form.

- No police report is required.

Add: I just checked M2U, the card has been blocked so I can't check if the transactions have been posted or not. So how do I file the dispute? 

banks are smart, even if it's possible to cancel the MC/Visa, they might implement new rule to charge GST on your AMEX. in the end, there is no difference, they might still charge you RM50 whether it's one or two cards...

now also got promo to get back the RM100..
so the RM100 gst not a big deal actually..

2nd year already enough TP to redeem the GST..shouldn't be a problem
or think positive, next year GST kick in, RM50 might be abolish

previously quite a number of Amex card kena online fraud ...

i have the plat version and a pair of supp cards for the missus, this happened on the missus's master...

last week the supp Mastercard kena fraud, the transaction went tru without the OTP

called the cs center immediately, and while veryfying my details, kena another transaction

total 4.1k, each right after the USD 1 charge by paypal

i sms the 66638 number for cashback resgistration a few times but have never received a reply of successfull registration or any replies at all

i have never received any sms for my transactions how do i activate this

demmit im so noob

just sent the sms now one time already went thru straight , wasted few ringgit , not to mention the time and effort wasted on pumping petrol this morning at 10

Each person can only get max of rm300 CB per day, no matter how many MBB CC he owns.

Something is wrong with MBB IT this weekend, today whole day I swipe card also don't have sms notification.

Guess I will call up the CS tomorrow for clarification.
Even M2u also does not reflect all my spending.

I did 2 trnx today. One came thru this afternoon. 2nd trnx no sms received
