if you have a tight cash flow at the moment, try to do balance transfer and you can divide and delay your payment further.

no..but pay minimum will have interest charge..
why not just pay the statement amount?

so as i said, just do balance transfer then you won't have to splash all on this cc debt as it will be divided into 6 months or 12 months instalment at 0% interest/fee.

Not willing will cost you additional interest. Mean more money you need to pay bank toward the end.

got questions for sifus here

let say a shop does not accept credit card or amex

but accepts paypal

and i have amex on paypal

how does this actually work

I'm an existing maybank2 gold card users, heard any new applicants will be charge rm50x2 for the GST

few question here
- If i upgrade my current card to platinum card, will i be charged rm50x2? My card is expiring at 2016.

- If i lost the card/ request replacement card, for next anual gst, will i kena rm50x2?

Some of our local shops which accept paypal don't accept AMEX through paypal either =)

They told me through email that after upgrade to plat, GST will be RM100. Originally wanted to upgrade, but I'll just stick to my gold. Apart from the better looking cards, Maybank 2 Plat has not much difference from Gold.

here are the rules of thumb for paypal

paypal + Amex + RM = no go
paypal + Amex + foreign currency = good to go
paypal + Visa/Master + RM/foreign currency = good to go

the old card detail is already removed from m2u.

the replacement card is already there, showing all the unauthorized amount. quite efficient.
