Ok, here's the story.
I sold one unit of motorola V3x pink to one of my customer. That day the price went up RM 40.. So, i told her and she said don't care since i stated there that price. No choice i waste RM 40 get for her. Then use GDex to post to penang for RM9 also i didn't charge coz she not willing to pay for it.. I somemore Free her screen protector also...
Then she got the phone edi .. She very happy.. After a few days... She complaint me selling her a VODAFONE set.. I told her sometimes AP comes wif that coz it's from other country.. Then she said i cheated her.. Many story about i am bad guy.. I got snapped pic and let her see first... She agreed wif that.. She din read here > http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=35924 to understands more about AP set first..
Secondly, now she having problem with the charger.. She ask me replace new one for her.. I said AP set only covers the tranceiver 1 year and battery 1 month.. Again she said i cheated her..
Shud i replace for her?
I already wasted RM 53 for this deal.. sad.gif

Ask her to send the charger corpse to you if it's not working. Test it, if the charger confirm not working then send her a new one. If it's working then send it back to her. Fair for both parties.

I already wasted a lot on this deal.. If i replaced new charger for her and post.. I waste another RM20.. Which total up of RM 7x wasted for this deal.. Today i told her charger no warranty for AP set.. That's why she posted bad comment in my thread.. sweat.gif

handphone price similiar like pc hardware price, sometimes going up and down...
actually u should mention the hp's price list validation until when to avoid confusion...
if price valid till 31th, and she order on 1th, the hp price should follow the 1th new price
if price valid till 31th, but she order on 31th's 11:59pm, the hp price should remain to 31th price...

for the charger cant comments anythings, maybe the buyer accidentally damaged it or really faulty or exchange with another damaged unit... if really want to free hassle, i prefer to get original set hp rather than AP... for ur case, u should recommend her to get original set so she can exchange the charger at any service center... but u sell AP set, you are the only one to responsible on it...

just thought pay RM7x for a lesson... customers always right... not choices for sellers... sad.gif

I got told her price might go up and down anytime...
Then the next day.. I asked her.. Price went up RM40.. How? She said she want it already.. Dun care.. ! So, since she so urgently want it.. I waste RM 40 for her.. Nvm... Since she ordered it already..

Charger faulty i really cannot do anything.. AP don't cover the warranty for it.. She need it so urgently.. I also no time to test the charger.. Only got time to snap pic and ask her ok or not.. Then wrap and post..

I got told her the original price and she said expensive.. I know original is better.. Charger got warranty 1 month.. Now i also encourage people to get Original set..

Did u agree to sell to her or reserve for her before the price went up? If yes, then u have to follow the old price, otherwise u may be another FFK seller? Nobody knows when the price will go up or down... If the next day the price actually went down instead of went up, would u sell to her at cheaper price? No right?

For the charger, i think you should replace a working one for her, since u're the one that didnt test it. Nobody wants to buy a faulty thg. And u're supposed to give her a working charger, right?

Well I believe Amedion has taken all the precautions to keep his customer well informed about the products he is about to sell. He did his part about the warranty coverage, and moreover, he already sent the customer a photo of the phone. If the Vodafone logo is obvious in the photo, then we can safely assume that it's more of like customer's ignorance.

Either way, it's better to wait for princess_ac to tell her part of the story. Hopefully we can work this out.

actually as a seller have the right to do cancellation for a business if the profit is too low... otherwise why have buyer want to bargain till the seller starting not willing to sell their products?

Business = win-win situation

To be honest i think your price is quite cheap and reasonable. Almost as cheap like UK that sign monthly contract even though with cash-back (such as W810i and few SE models) except for the N91 that i am using now which total cost RM1,650 (pay monthly for one year) plus free minutes and so.

Maybe you are cheaper than some shops too, I remember 4 days ago when my friend gonna get K750i and they charge my friend for RM950. I think you are too kind for this sales anyway. That's for me. You waived the postage charges for her, and you give free gift and so but she just dont know how to read the AP set and original set means. Anyway lets princess to share her story here.

hi ppl, for your infomation...he told me the price was at RM1000, n he asked me to bank in deposit before he can confirm my buy. so we both agreed on RM1000 and i banked into his account RMRM50.00 as deposit...after doing so, the next day he told me price increase n he make a lost n all...but is it my fault?? i've alredy banked into him the deposit on the agreed price...so most definitely he cant suddeny increase the price right??? bsides...when he took the pic of my phone, the phone was wrapped in a plastic, so obviously its not that clear n he didnt tell me its gonna b a Vodafone. he should take the initiative to tell me right??
