You may want to put a tv or something where u can run and watch, it makes the cardio less boring. As long as you got enough space to move around, placement really doesn't matter imo

Available space seems tight for squats, deadlifts. Perhaps treadmill can go to the northeast corner then you'll have the longer side of the room for free weights exercises.

Rack placement and orientation would depend on which barbell (standard or Olympic) you intend to use. Olympic length already 7 feet. You'll need 2 feet of space on each side to allow room for you to slot in plates. Also to your loaded barbell won't hit into whatever at it's side when you rack and unrack it.

If you can arrange 8'x8' for your rack then it will be plentiful for everything else

Edit: Please refer to my drawing,

all values are pulled out from my butt, and i made a lot assumption but door's dimension should be quite standard around 900mm, which you can see if it is open inward you might have a bit problem.
[attachmentid=4031117]
Those models i did not draw them but merely pulled from the trimble database and i scaled down the dimension for the treadmill as it seems a bit too large, this would be how i picture your homegym be like.

Edit edit: TnY's suggestion seems more plausible

Did you just changed your name?

Answering to your question, nope but I am involved in related fields and i understand the frustration of imagining a space that you wanted to accomplish but couldn't visualize without the proper tools, glad that I can help. nod.gif
