I'm officially screwed by the bank. My debit card is now officially just a normal ATM card now. I cannot buy anything anymore until they fix this problem (doubt they will). Even $1 purchase also cannot. Called the bank, they said shouldn't have any problem. Yet I still got same error when buying from Steam and Humble Store. And I'm still not eligible for credit card.

I already missed 4 items I wanna purchase this morning, all goes to dust bcoz of this issue (it's on flash deal, doubt it'll come back).

called the bank 3 times, the third time is a charm. the operator said something wrong with the VISA line in the morning, deswai the bank cannot detect any purchase that I made during that time. she confirm that the line is fine now and asked me to tested it. and the result, it f***ing works. rclxm9.gif . if only the first and second operator detect the problem earlier, I wouldn't be so mad about this dry.gif

to those who offer help, thank you notworthy.gif, but I prefer buy it myself though. still mad I cannot buy those I put to cart this morning vmad.gif
