We have Windows Movie Maker that does the job and it comes with XP SP2. Besides that, I would recommend Nero Vision Express which I have personally used for a multimedia presentation. Hint: Include some video clips too to make your movie more interesting.

Pinaccle Studio, Ulead...there's just too many software that can do this, but for FOC, Windows Movie maker is quite decent.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it only creates WMV files.
Pretty limited features too sad.gif

BTW, make sure you have a pretty good rig setup to get smooth playback of your rendered videos.

You can save as AVI (PAL or NTSC). If you burn using Nero, it will convert into VCD format. But, the quality is so-so only.

Or, you can convert that AVI using better converter like TMPGEnc or SUPER in VCD compliant MPEG.
