Here's the completed window with the lock tabs n acrylic installed.
Here's how it looks right next to an original Tsunami Window. The only difference is the position of the locks. It's positioned further apart on the windowless Tsunami.
Here's the close up macro shots of the detailed work. C the edge of the curve? Nice n smooth finish to make it look like it was stamped from the factory instead of cut by hand. That nice edge alone takes me about 2 hours of work to finish off all the edges just like that.
A pic of the lock mounting area. That tiny lil gap at the top was pretty difficult to cut n finish off with detailed edging work coz it's just such a tiny gap. The gap is 6mm wide only.
