Better top up a bit n get double the size even though its older unit if u ask me...

Walk in to cyber Realtors agent in the domain shop lot... Put them ur interest requirement to buy unit the...the agent will do all the work for u...

I dont have any experience owning and renting out SOHO or small size studio apartment...

I just own an old condo unit in CYber and rent out by rooms....

Just think about it...my rate for master room to mid size room to single room...is between rm600 to rm360 only... siap full furnish(in room) utitily bills like electricity, water, broadband all in fixed also

quite tough to rent out now...dont know how studio owner survive though renting rm1.5k above.. :/
