Cyberjaya will be flooded with 30,000 units of highrise in the next few yrs. a lot of Soho and they are still untested here.

You just imagine yourself as a subsale buyer after 5 yrs.. will you buy Soho for own stay?
Just imagine you are the working ppl in cyber, will you pay 2k to rent a Soho? Freshies might not able to afford, maybe those higher income ppl can afford to pay 2k, but arent most of these higher income ppl already late 20s or 30s or 40s who already have family and need bigger space? how many single mid 30's in cyber to fill up the thousand units of Soho?

If you cant convince yourself now, even buying from developer, how the subsale market will be after 5 or 10 yrs?

The original concept of Soho is for those small business, self employed, freelancers and small entrepreneur to run their business and stay within the same place.. as the term Soho Small Office Home Office.. these are they people who can afford these shoeboxes
