location matters but many other factors will definitely affect the demand over tht place.
rental price will be higher as compared to the rest in the vicinity superimposed by rising inflation
overall low income groups of general msians population
and furthermore, i highly doubt singaporeans will flock over there n stay.

"near singapore" not realy important for me , i work in JB so i prefer the project with completed facilities.
beside, i afraid there will be serious traffic problem cause by puteri cove.

It was announced to the public that there were about 6k units taken up out of 9k units when it was launched last year. But since then don't hear any sales figure. At the end, how many units sold as if now? How many local and foreign buyers? Too many foreign buyers (particularly China) may end up making the the units there like dead town (assuming they buy it for investment which is the likely intend).

How's the construction progressing?

Been to CG and R&F show village

Have to say R&F is more classy n provide higher quality furnishing

Location wise R&F is better for investment especially if the Bukit Chagar station will be the last station of Thomson Line

Afraid or not jb still crowded with sgreans during weekend...the jam at custom is no joke... and sometimes it tooks 3 hrs for pedestrian to cross the border
But jb hotel business macam very good...everytime i wanna book some hotel actually full...airbnb should work here

The unit I stayed in, amongst others, leakage at wall skirting outside of bathroom, big gap between wardrobe and laminate floor, worse thing was the kitchen faucet and basin do not fit properly into the kitchen top hole, so the handle for the faucet above the kitchen top itself, hence the kitchen top is wet everytime the faucet is used...

some design that I didn't like: corridor next to the door, like hotel design. Everytime someone walks along corridor can hear clearly. Recreation area where pool and playground are located - too many steps here and there. Small drains join the pool to the sides - trip hazard. Don't know how one with stroller or wheelchair can go around. Worst is the patch of sand. Nice to see on the model and on the brochure, but in real life, pathetic small dirty sandy patch, facing the causeway which looks more like a river. Zero waves. This one really like kena fong fei kei.

Yes when combined it's a lot of $$$$

Property investment especially in Johor has proven to be bad over the years. Don't expect the rts to make any difference.

but if one bought in 2008. 2009 or 2010 make , so the problem is the sudden run up in prices

To be honest, I myself grow up in Johor, and I seldom see people stay in condo. At least none of my relatives in JB are staying in condo, all stay in landed property. For us we seldom go to the CBD or danga bay area, there is for those who just passby there before enter into Singapore. Most of the time we will go to mid V, JPO, sutera mall, bukit Indah area, or tebrau city area only. No one will hang out in CBD area.

Even my friends or cousins who are working in Singapore, they only buy their house in kulai/skudai or bukit Indah next to second link. Landed is still the mainstream in JB.
