Why Mek on OD? 

i alwiz run out of mana when using OD, the passive rarely grant me mana.... in fact my rng in doto is meh...    

IIRC,

You can turn on autocast once your mana pool is at 800, your auto attack alone can replenish your mana.

Is anyone else experiencing super bad lag? Almost unplayable conditions.

my luck with passive is bad even with orb on i sometimes ran out of mana

Sometimes you get bad mates, sometimes you don't. You just have to accept that and move on. I think what's important is that you play your game the best you can, be it a core or support. Play objective-based DotA at all times.

If you go on the assumption that everyone else is an idiot, then your team should win because they have one less idiot.
One mistake I notice most players make is going for Agha after Blink on SK. It's better to pick up a Veil first, as you're not only amplifying your damage, but those of your allies as well.

A Faceless Void lands a Chronosphere on a Razor AFTER he casts Static Link. Do you:
A. Break the link.
B. Man mode him inside the Chronosphere.
