1) all submission work is decided by community's vote at first place
2) then WLF will make it in proposal list and presentation at Valve HQ
3) if approved, the shirt colour, price is up to VALVE, not me. (include digital item)
4) so basically i just do deisgn and submit only and wait for news.

right now i can't make the entry visible due to i can't upload my work to the farking server to make it public visible to let community vote.

No offense but I seriously dislike some, if not, most of the pinoy players that I'm matched with in pub. Okay, you feeded, or u did some mistake,i get it, everybody have that moment. But it doesn't help when you spam your pinoy language which the other 4 of us doesn't understand and just keep putang ina mo bobo etc etc.

Anyway, I found out it is actually better if you set your language preference to chinese. You will meet lesser pinoys.
