Rain effect unlock if your compendium level is 120...............feel like kena tipu by valve,

u guys miss the conpendium bug thingy >.< that time each 200P sold for around 1 usd or much lower earlier (people get those points from crafting) in the market. which means u can get around 60 lvl with around 30 usd. now i think they fix edi lol..

I feel cheated. In no way did the compendium mention that anything higher than level 100 would be required to unlock all bonuses. I really hope that Valve rescinds their level 120 requirement.
