not sure. but from experience, some protein supplement will gib u that "hot" feel. like whole body burn pumpin. n my protein intake is kept high for long duration, i.e. 120g n above, my body starts poopin acne..

i jus bought UN casein. choc finish. left strawberry. b4 this tried b4 UN prostay whey. d taste boleh laaa.... it has low sodium, mayb dats contibute for such a plain taste...

yup. 1 of d most straight forward ingredient.

ini orang sudah lama jual. can trusted.

but need to call to confirm got stock or not.

ya. 1st their online website says got choc, after order say no stock d. so i took strawberry n they free me 1 new empty bottle for their mistake.

errmm.. i never like strawberry. lol so cant comment much. its artificial flavours. boleh laa...
