Yes I know bro. In fact I multiply my own weight in pounds by 1.0 protein.

And I do use google or fitnesspal to track the macro of my food intake. But I still struggle to each my daily protein intake lol. That is why whey protein is convenient for me.

Thank you for the link. Actually I do know to calculate my protein intake in a day. I was just purely wondering how much chicken and eggs that forumer eats in one day. That is it.

Mass is useless. Just take whey protein if you want. And eat plenty of carbs.
