Dun think u can get 280 now. I got mine for 330 10lbs. Doesnt do well alone ala plain water. Taste diluted. Mixed it with milk n its heavenly

Pre workout: bread with peanut butter or a banana or an apple. Black coffee if i train fasted.
Post workout: 100+ / Gorilla. Later on whey blend in milk. Simple and easy. No need to crack head or spend unnecessary money... |

UN are plain tasting as carbs aka sugar content is low. Mix it with milk. Taste heavenly. My go to brand without costing an arm or leg

Tat shipping cost plus risk of getting tax is not worth imo. I bought 10lbs impact whey, some creatine, 1kg peanut butter n some flavoring. Either one or more of the item was on their kastam list. I had to go down to the kastam and MOH to get the release letter. Half a day wasted doing all this stuffs.
At least was not taxed, otherwise double the agony. |

Bla kenot be. Nitrotech is much sweeter due to higher sugar content. Myprotein protein content sucks.. 21/22 g per serving
