I have been eating chicken and eggs all day, no protein shakes whatsover and still make same gains than those having muscle tech.

What ever shakes there is, its the same as chicken and eggs, its just for your convenience for those who are lazy and sux at cooking.(and the picky)

Your body and my body is different, and your goal and my goal is different, im more towards strength training than body building. So its useless for you to know how much I eat as reference.
