your supplements of whey protein is kinda expensive.. I dunno what is your goal or whether you hit gym and workout or not.But u can get good quality of whey protein around rm200 for 5lbs in the market, usually makan by gym kaki so I dunno it suit u or not.
direct sales protein is mahal and useless stuff, for instance herbxl life, amwxy... imho
