You take until got meet the cumulative dose or not? E.g if u weight 70kg u need hit 7000mg cumulative dosage.

First time wanted to try whey protein for fat loss, and from lazada it seems will free a shaker as well. Protein per serving seems okie. Any advise? How long do you think can last if consume daily sif taken everyday? Should i get On whey protein instead?

I not very nutrition oriented person, but according to apps, my protein daily intake didnt reach goal most of the time. I lost my weight steadily, just not my body fats. No harm add another supplement i guess since i wanted to gain some muscle as well. I settle with on whey protein from fitlion since they have promotion right now.

I did 20mg per day which was very low dose.

Ya will cost ~2.5k. I don't mind thought cause the results are permanent provided you do it properly and enough dose. Even my huge improvement now is permanent. My chest back 0 acne. Face acne also only 20% of what was before. I also plan to do TRT in the future so I think it's good to totally settle my acne problem now permanently.

Taking a low dose have a much much higher chance of relapse. Prolly why I have this slight relapse.

Of course when it comes to price, people always prefer cheaper.

But I will always go for a reputable brand like ON because peace of mind. 

ON seems good and solid products but too bad sometimes i had lactosec and acne when using the whey
