need help here...
it faced this problem two times...
happened before open the program and before the system shuts...

only when i pressed the "send" button now no more asking this and that...
no more freeze/hanged...
the question is...what actually the caused of that?...is it virus?
waaaa...so pity to my new notebook...yesterday only,two times had to take out the battery...would it give problem/broken my notebook HDD if do that many times?
