How to contact Norton?

Does anyone knows how to contact Symantec Norton in Malaysia office?I don't mind whether it is email or phone.I have been waiting for a rebate from them for more than 2 months but there has not been any news from them.How long does one has to wait for a rebate from them anyway?

I bought Norton Internet Security 2006 from Sri Computers.Inside the box there is an offer for rebate of RM60 if I showed them indication that my previous anti-virus is also an original Norton anti-virus software.So I sent them the prove of my latest purchase with my previous Norton license.According to rebate form I am expected to receive the rebate in 8 weeks.Now it had been 10 weeks and still no news from them yet.
