PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Release Paper is a premium grade paper which one or both side coated with non-sticking materials. Manufacturing of Release Paper involves two main stages which are laminating process and coating process. It is made of wooden fiber paper which firstly laminated with a layer of polyethylene film (PE) and then coated with a thin layer of silicone with non-sticking properties. It is divided into a variety of categories including single sided silicone coated release paper as well as double sided silicone coated release paper. Due to strong anti-adhesive material, it provides an excellent release effect against sticky materials such as adhesives.
FEATURE :
• Available in single sided or double sided silicone coated release paper
• Hand tear-able, excellent peeling force from sticky products for instance adhesive tapes
• Posses features of superb smooth and glossy surfaces due to silicone as coating material
• Silicone coated surfaces play role as a stable release system and avoid release migration

USAGE :
• As back sheet film for label sticker and specially used in die-cutting or labeling process
• Cleanly used as food steaming pad, bread baking pad as well as foodstuff wrapping paper
• As a liner which provide excellent handling and protection for double sided adhesive tapes
• Ideally suited for making of surgical coat, making of shoe as well as making of paper lantern
