i see, but so far my Item from XIaomi with UPS always deliver by UPS itself. My office also in Shah Alam.
The only thing i dont like with UPS, they didnt allow us to pick up the item unless they failed to send the first time.

Order made last Tuesday, got it yesterday by Fedex.

Whoile the order last last Tuesday, by UPS... still belum sampai..

Where is the item now? still in China? i dunno what is wrong with UPS, lately it become much worse. Maybe because they cant cope out with the volume from xiaomi?

At local-penang now. Estimate today will be delivering.

I know Fedex if they can't delivery on estimated date, they will compensate the courier fee. Wonder if we can claim such from UPS?
