Yeah I totally agree! but buy car resale value goes down year by year, buy property price increase year by year. That the fact. I usually spend as cheap as possible in vehicle not even interested in any fancy stuff in car, because I only need to travel from point A to point B only. But I spend a lot of money to invest property especially shop lot and land segment for plantation because the revenue is quite high. 

Yeah i got another car (4x4 hilux, aging kancil too old for long journey even motocycle). Now I will find another car mostly prefer a compact car good FC for some official works/ weekend car for watching movies with friends in Kota Kinabalu area because city way frustrated with traffic jam, narrow parking lot, bla bla bla.    If Axia is good FC, I will buy one for the basic package and manual one.
