sure no, u can use 3rd shipping company to help you deliver your item.

buying from taobao process.

1. buy from taobao shop
2. they send to your select shipping company address(china)
3. you pay the shipping company(based on weight, they have price list)(my case, first 0.5kg rmb35 = rm18)
4. they deliver to malaysia(your address)

why buy from china site?

1. confirm original, but you need go to official shop lar...
2. more cheaper compare local(make your you not only buy 1 item, shipping fees can divide into item, if you buy more item)
3. skip middle man, more faster.

they didn't ship direct to malaysia, but you can use 3rd party shipping company help you to deliver.

First time opening waze, no maps, only see blank screen, i had that when i opened first time too, just leave it some time for it to download maps, voice, etc and it'll be fine.
Frankly the GPS lock on was the fastest amongst the other phones i used before
