Yeap... their office is closed after 1PM on Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries still ongoing therefore might still be workers in warehouse doing work. Personally would respect their official opening hours. They are humans too. They are doing their best to deliver it ASAP to everyone.

You waited a month, cant wait another day or two??? Just my personal opinion.

24/6 another 8k unit@769,i think this time much more eas.ier kua.
*
Its actually quite easy now compared to first 2 batches.
I still dont get the haters though.

You dont need the auto complete also can grab. How hard it is?
If I can order it from my Mi3, I dont see why you would lose out. Stop unnecessary thinking process. A lot of people who didnt get it like my bro the first few times, spent too much time thinking whether or not wanna add accessories. Come on, wanna get just get.. still worry about case quality, call gf/wife asking. Dont like just throw those casing/SP away. Only RM35 extra.

Do away with the unnecessary doubts. Fill in the particulars and checkout. Payment can be done later.

Just need Surname, Given Name, Street Address, State selection followed by Postcode selection, actual postcode, telephone number. How hard is that?

Just called ups.
Item at shah alam but cant go collect now because all xiaomi under special arrangement to third party delivery company.
So advise to wait.
*
UPS is really slowpoke one... no choice but to wait. Mine was delivered by Nationwide last time.

I dont really trust anyone but Poslaju/Pos Malaysia. Funny yes, but these lousy service never fail to find my house. Only these MNC failed time and time again. Thats why I rather go pickup, be it at Shah Alam or Kota Damansara rather than having them called me suddenly to meet them because they cant find my house.

BTW, seem like Xiaomi is starting to cut corners...

First batch using UPS WorldWide Express Savers... now seem changed to UPS WorldWide Expedited.

who has used their Mi3 for a period of time, and u found it very hot when charging, video calling, or opening other apps?
*
Hot when using is normal. But I never found it hot when charging. Compared to the HOT when using, I would say its only warm when charging. I tried with Xiaomi 5/10K powerbanks, stock charger, Note2 2A charger, Nokia 1A charger.

because i heard my bro his Mi3 very hot when running normal apps....
and he suggest me not to buy while im very interested on it due to its low price/performance ratio, and plan to get it tmr. So, this had made me HESITATING.....

Any suggestions?
*
Depends on you lor...

Personally I have no complaints. Snapdragon 80x runs hot which is a fact when all the cores are active and running. This is why they have thermal throttling when things gets too hot. Personally I dont know what gadget didnt get hot if its a top of the range one.

This time UPS can deliver instead of Nationwide. Those in Desa Jaya can expect your phone today.

Anyone having problem with their Mi3 network reception? My phone always have network error. The phone can suddenly have no network connection and I need to reboot it. Same goes with the 3G as well, despite showing H+, I can't access to internet and need to reboot as well.

Not sure if my sim card issue or hardware issue hmm
*
Maxis?

Honestly Maxis 3G really sucks after LTE implementation. I complained like hell. To prove that the network is having problem, I change sim and tried on my Note2 and still same thing.

Definitely no problem with Mi3 network reception. Its as good as my Note2.

Guys, Mi3 support 2A charging?

The original 1A charger is so slow.
*
QUOTE(nickchk89 @ Jun 23 2014, 09:45 PM)
yes it does,as mi powerbank also 2A output
*
Mi3 only takes up to 1.2A if the current charging app is correct.

It recorded 0.8A with stock charger and 1.2A max with Note2 charger and power bank. Tested on Note 2 with galaxy charging app recorded 1.8A for Xiaomi 10K power bank.

Actually its my first time using android, so I never did any rooting or modification.

I just update in Xiaomi's System's "Updater" to the latest version.

Before update all is fine.
*
Setting>Mobile Network>Preferred Network Type is 3G preferred?

Try to change to 3G only or 2G only. After that change back again?

The same, it'll appear Maxis.

Now when I change to System2, it'll all be Digi, System1 all Maxis.

Isn't it weird?

The update did something definitely.
*
System1 System2?

What phone are you using? Mi3 is not dual sim phone.

after 1 hour usage battery already : 91%
some said need few cycle of charging.. let see first..

Clash of clans is a battery drainer. Proven. It didn't matter on Android or iOS, it just drain like hell. I always limit myself when playing Clash of clans on mobile.

Mi3 ownself comes with 2 systems. System 1 n 2. Normally when system 1 getting errors or unable to boot. You may boot to system 2 to use it as usual. Consider as  last known working version n also version before you upgraded to the latest.

It's also can be modified become dual boot system where 2 OS in one phone. Example MIUI n ASOP.

For Mi3, it's safety features to ensure your phone is available all the time even soft brick.

sure p780 last longer because:

Mediatek MT6589 Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7
PowerVR SGX544
720 x 1280 pixels, 5.0 inches
Li-Po 4000 mAh battery

while mi3:

Qualcomm MSM8274AB Snapdragon 800 Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400
Adreno 330
1080 x 1920 pixels, 5.0 inches
Non-removable Li-Ion 3050 mAh battery
*
Well, I think really have to test and see.

I play on my Note2 also drain battery. Just login to collect gold and collector plus some donation for 2-3 minutes also see battery drop few percentage.

Good thing is that playing on Mi3 really can feel the speed. Just clicking to train troops is faster than on Note2.

Haha.. kinda true.. coc can play other than mobile?
*
Usually play on iPad or Nexus 10. Even with these two, also drain battery and can feel the heat from the backpanel. It drain battery just as fast as I play those heavy graphic game like Real Racing 3.
