Anywhere to seek help for fixing Wii U?

I tried running MK8 today after a couple of days of idle. Power shutdown all the time.
Suddenly today, I loaded MK8, it's stuck at the title screen and did not go further than that.
Tried shutdown, off few minutes, unplugged everything, try again... still stuck at 'Mario Kart 8' (before Mario shouts the title).
Strangely, COD:BO2 also same issue.

But for Nintendoland, Just Dance4 and Mass Effect 3, all working fine...

Is my Optical Drive broken or is it the discs (i checked, no scratches and they are clean)

Sad.

I think problem was found.
The MK8 disc itself faulty. I dun blame Kyo (my supplier) for this. Apparently, there are a number of people in USA also same problem. Check techforums.nintendo.com

My problem i think is due to I left the MK8 and BO2 disc inside drive after shutdown.
All my other discs i never left inside drive, they all fine.
I think its just my console, i know you guys puny shud be fine.

But just as precaution, dun leave disc inside after shutdown. Also if can leave your wii u horizontal if can. Just my opinion, no need follow if your wii u works fine all this while

Maybe it is just a defective disc. I have my Mario Kart 8 in my Wii U for the past 2 weeks and it is still perfectly fine

I confirm you that leaving the disc inside the Wii U while shutting down is just fine.. I do it all the time and no games have been affected.
Your MK8 disc is faulty I think.. Always put your Wii U horizontally as it was designed to be horizontal.

Yeah, as mentioned i know most wii u are fine with disc left inside. But somehow mine have these issues..

Coincidnetally 2 discs also faulty in same way for me? I m doubtful.

MK8 - I bought another copy, and that worked.
COD:BO2 - Was the copy I got from you. It worked perfectly up to the 4th or 5th mission, then it was stuck. Really excellent game, wished I could finish it.
