after reading the subscription details, im still confuse lol

ok so im playing on a trial, i want to subscribe to continue playing

do i just
1) buy timecode from seagm, thats it
OR
2) need to buy the base game + expansive pack + timecode to play
3) when u buy the base game, need to make sure its NA region?

ok, so apart from monthly sub, i need to buy the game too and the future expansion

is my trial fixed on wat region aldy, or do i pick region when i buy the base game

edit :
FFXIV Heavensward - Digital Standard Edition for PC (EU) <- this is what i should be buying as the base game + expansion?
FFXIV 60 Days Game Time Card (EU) <- and this is the time code? but dayum son, seagm selling this for RM118
