CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls from customers.
- Provide quality customer service to the Client’s customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Obtain and evaluate information to handle enquiries and complaints.
- Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products.
Requirements:
- You must be able to work on shift.
- You must willing to work in Centro, KLANG.
- SPM graduates are encourage to apply, without experience also can apply
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- You should know how to communicate in English / BM.
- You should be able to start work anytime soon.
- Only applicable for Malaysian citizen ONLY.
