QUOTE(SamsengFan @ Jun 23 2014, 02:59 PM) Not still got a 300k double storey? Ijm 5 years ago already 300k launching price. 6% only can claim back if u are businessman? then this GSt is another burden for youngster to get a house. The 6% end user pay. In this case, buyer pay. Only business man can claim back. That place rent not very nice. About rm600 to 800 iinm But in future will be like butterworth. Since they are directly. Beside Bridge. Jusco already open. Tesco 2 years ago. Even KFC is there. Good place for worker in penang to stay. Since Pg house so expensive. arghh back to square wan.. buy or not to buy |

QUOTE(Mathew86 @ Jun 24 2014, 12:35 AM) Bro. If u want to buy & renting game . Choose 200k ~ 300k property to take 90% loan from selected bank like PB or RHB , UOB etc... Since aubsale then should be basically renovated .. Just need to get fully furnished , try to rent to factory / school instead individual renter like family . Rent to company is better . 200k below still can get 90% as well. My target is RM150k max. good thing is simpang ampat area have alot of my budget house..yes.. aiming for those renoted. checked batu kawan area, most of it is under LMC which i cannot buy even tough i wanted too. however i will still go window shopping for house next month.. already have date wit the agent |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Jun 24 2014, 09:13 AM) Maybe we can exchange notes. hahaha... i know i know..I've survey mainland from top to bottom. I think Simpang Ampat is pretty good. But have to avoid place with:- a) bangla b) flood c) lalat Taman Kasawari is so scary. I think 90% taman is bangla. If you go KFC, the place is full of lalat. Someone told me before that all old housing is flooded before. Nothing is spared. Only new housing are higher. Something like SA65. i aiming taman merak jaya, ( well many selling mudah ) feedback from fren that the area is full of bangalla as well, but need to see how worst the bangala situation there which area u aiming.. what is SA65? |

QUOTE(Mathew86 @ Jun 25 2014, 09:40 AM) Bro , you also quite funny here. If people dare to buy cash means they not worry about any emergency that happen in future. In this thread , penipu or scammer ( you need to clarify this name to them meh ) everyone has their own investment. If I earned few hundreds thousands from property , I would buy cash if I have faith on current market & location appreciation . u miss out my "or damn richfag" Like me , factory worker then no choice to take loans. 80% first property , 90% second property . Play rental game to survive and just hope for capital appreciation in future. yes.. i agree, alot of rich ppl will dump money into property with lumpsum, but base on this case, in my opinion is not good to dump in becoz his age ( still long way to live) but still this is just my poorfag life opinion. 300k can invest something more liquid investment..
