Then GST come and go. Bad news still never stop. Like China property market news, Singapore property market news. RM depreciate. etc etc. And bearbear think all these bad news sure will make property price to do down. So he still wait and wait and wait.....

Bear bear, BLR was 5.5 in 2009/10, keep increased every 0.25 till now 6.6. Why so excited?? The way u think is exactly what the old DDD thought b4, and now they went hiding after don't see price drop, u are actually follow their foot step.

honestly, nowadays there are many ppl hoping to get a more lower price, that doesnt mean that those guys are the same. same goes with some of the forumers here use same "keywords", that doesnt mean they are same guy, it's just that all of them felt you are of such behaviour.

it's been awhile with you guys behave this way(again same goes to you guys probably you guys might be the same person afterall) when you guys dont get ppl to reply your way, then you start to use a lot of childish excuses to attack ppl. and what's even more obvious is how you guys keep repeating about buying this property and that property....after looking at your way of talking, it's impossible to believe anything that you type.
