Construction costs rises due to demand and inflation, but varies when it comes to location and area built; and in contrary to common beliefs materials and workmanships costs weren't on par with the selling prices. Such excuses are usually given by developers and agents to scare you into buying, but having a contractor as a close friend and you will learn about 'costs'.  bravo. that's why many are laughing at the back at those few that always talk with "intelligence" about rising cost of property....one even beg ppl to buy like a whore.
