The weather is hot and humid lately, even at night its still humid. Been sweating through the day and everyday will have rashes on the back. It itches but cannot scratch, if scratch will scar even though the skin didn't brake or bleed. Sometimes when scratch then will appear red dots on where ever I scratch, means I have to stop if not will definitely leave a scar. Does this happen to you or is it just me?

what you have is nothing serious. perhaps what you can do is to make sure you shower regularly (avoid using hot showers), put baby powder, moisturize your skin and DO NOT SCRATCH it (scratching may cause bleeding and even localized flare-ups).
remember to keep your skin clean as sweat will make your rash septic.

I've been taking EPO since 1993; no side effects. Maybe the only side effect is it makes me look younger.

I have sensitive skin and environmental / weather factors irritates it. I flush like a tomato when I'm hot and it gets itchy too. Get a facial mist to cool your face, wash your face to cool it down. Get moisturisers for sensitive skin that protects and reduces sensitivity. Don't scratch because your blood capillaries will break, it also irritates your skin further causing red dots / rashes / etc.
