I need a way to mod my casing to ground it... cuz it's literally shocking...

i did try direct to wall plug... still same... and i not using extension... juz an AVR... it's confirmed it's the powerpoint... but wat i want to know is if there's an alternative way to ground my case... so tat it won shock me...
