If you're gonna mount it permanently, epoxy it. If you want to make it removable, totally different story. Or you can use silicone as it's sort of semi-removable.
I'm also mounting that same honeycomb grill to the top of my mod project for the radiator intake. I've designed the mounting to be removable (so that I can clean dust or replace the grill in case it gets dented) with the combination of screws and bolts, an aluminium retaining piece, and the part holding the screws is epoxied to the panel. LOL, that probably didn't make sense coz I don't know how to put it in words, but that part of my mod should be completed by end of this week.
