Hello, this is my first time modding a casing on my own. So don't flame me for asking stupid questions. What kind of screw is it in the picture and am i suppose to remove it. If yes then what do i use?

Ohh, so it's possible to remove it. Then while modding cases, are we suppose to remove it?
